The practical consequence is a clean design rule. WhatsApp is a coordination channel, not a clinical record. It carries the logistics of care — when, where, what to take, who to call. It does not carry the substance of care. Anything clinically sensitive lives behind an authenticated portal and is reached from the thread by a link, not reproduced inside it.

Three design notes that matter more than the copy.

Ask a closed question first. A free-text "how are you?" invites a paragraph of symptoms that your policy says you should not be soliciting and your staff may not read for hours.
